We are asking the participating organizations to each donate $100 per team, up to 3 teams per organization.  At the end of the tournament the winning team will receive the total proceeds and can donate them to the 501(c)(3) not for profit organization of their choice.  Ok  so  your ready to  sign  up!  Simply  fill  out  the  form  below  and click submit at the bottom of the form.
