CUFFH is at the forefront in the struggle to create and preserve affordable housing in our communities by educating tenants about their rights. Our Know Your Rights as a Tenant sessions are open to all residents at our affordable housing workshops to ensure that the most vulnerable populations are equipped with the necessary information to combat displacement and illegal landlord harassment. In partnership with Brooklyn Legal Services, we connect residents with no-fee lawyers who provide legal services helping to prevent eviction and assist with harassment, eviction and other tenant-related cases.
